Job summary

FORWARD SEARCH CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced manufacturing engineer to oversee production scheduling and plating process optimization.

The role focuses on troubleshooting material and quality issues, conducting root-cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to improve yield and cycle time. The ideal candidate will have a chemical engineering background, at least 5 years in manufacturing (preferably with chemical handling), and experience with electroplating.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant manufacturing experience, preferably with chemical handling.
• Experience in electroplating; Silver Spot plating exposure is an advantage.
• Knowledge of statistical methods, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to interpret AutoCAD drawings.
• Systematic, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
