Job summary

SRI SUN ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee electrical and engineering installations, coordinating personnel and stakeholders to ensure timely progress and successful delivery.

You will plan and control operations, costs, and schedules while maintaining strong client and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with standards and timely project milestones.

Qualifications

• ITC/Nitec/Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage mobilization of project installation and engineering personnel to ensure timely progress.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, main and sub-contractors, and suppliers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist in preparing material BOQs, selecting equipment, and recommending installation methods.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise on-site installation of electrical distribution systems, including ELV and security systems.
• Oversee site activities, vendors, and subcontractors to meet milestones and ensure prompt delivery.
• Plan, supervise, and control project operations including cost management, re-estimates, manpower planning, and scheduling.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants, and building owners to support project success.
• Update and report operational issues monthly to stakeholders.

• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, and building owners to support project success and foster collaboration


• Update and report all operational issues monthly to relevant stakeholders to ensure transparency and timely resolution

Required competencies and certifications

• ITC, Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of uninterruptible power supplies or standby generators to support technical project requirements


• Ability to work independently, demonstrate resourcefulness, and take initiative to foster customer relationships and project progress


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent customer orientation to enhance stakeholder engagement
