Job summary

TUV SUD PSB PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced inspection professional to perform and lead NDT inspections, QA of piping and equipment, and detailed reporting. The role requires strong knowledge of ASME/API codes and industry standards, with a focus on safe, compliant operations in oil/petrochemical settings.

You will interpret regulations, liaise with maintenance teams, and mentor junior inspectors while ensuring timely documentation and risk assessments before site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in related field with at least 4 years of inspection experience in oil/petrochemical industries
• Able to perform QA of piping/equipment repairs and liaise with contractor, maintenance & operation personnel
• Well versed with NDT techniques (radiography, UT, PT, MPI)
• Ability to review working procedures and ITP
• Good knowledge of pressure equipment and piping manufacturing Code, like ASME, API as well as welding processes
• Good knowledge of materials and pipes/equipment used in the refinery and their damage mechanisms

Responsibilities

• Complete all required training, including tests, within Company guidelines
• Prepare risk assessment before commencement of work and ensure that all safety policies and procedures are strictly adhered to
