Job summary

ENGIE SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in large-scale chiller plant operations and maintenance. You will ensure SOPs are followed, coordinate with sub-contractors, and maintain detailed maintenance records.

You will report to the Deputy Site Manager, implement plant improvements, manage safety and EHS compliance, and schedule equipment overhauls while developing the technical skills of your team.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in any relevant Engineering discipline.
• Experience in industrial plant operations and maintenance.
• Technical knowledge in rotating and static mechanical & electrical equipment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Deputy Site Manager and lead a team of Technicians.
• Execute large chiller plant operations and maintenance for pump sets.
• Ensure SOPs are available, updated, and followed.
• Maintain and upkeep maintenance records.
• Investigate equipment defects and report abnormalities.
• Issue work orders for equipment with abnormalities.
• Oversee subcontractor works to meet ENGIE EHS and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Provide effective leadership and allocate tasks/resources to meet daily operations.
• Identify training needs and develop technicians at the site.
• Respond to emergencies and follow supervisor directions.
• Schedule maintenance/overhaul timetables.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Deputy Site Manager
• Responsible in plant improvement
• Execute large Chiller plant Operations and maintenance for Pump set
• Ensure operations SOPs are available and always updated
• Upkeep maintenance records
• Investigate and report equipment defect, deficiency and abnormalities
• Issue work order for equipment's with abnormalities
• Ensure all Mechanical system and related works carried out by sub-contractor are planned and executed to the requirements
• To be competent in overseeing sub-contractor work, coordination with other department and to ensure ENGIE EHS and Regulatory compliance at the site.
• Provide effective leadership to a team of Technician by efficiently delegating tasks and resources to achieve daily operations requirement
• Identify and arrange for the training and development of the technicians at site.
• Ready to respond to emergencies and instructions provided by direct supervisor
• Schedule the work timetable for the equipment maintenance/overhaul

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in any relevant Engineering discipline
• Relevant maintenance work experience in industrial plant operations
• Technical knowledge in rotating and static mechanical & electrical equipment maintenance and machinery vibration analysis will be an added advantage.
• Possess good communication, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
• Self-motivated and values teamwork.
