ENGIE SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver complex projects within scope, budget, and schedule, while ensuring quality outcomes.

The role requires leading multiple projects concurrently, coordinating cross-functional teams, and engaging clients and stakeholders to drive successful results and value delivery in the facilities, engineering, or construction sectors.

Formación

• Degree or diploma in engineering, project management, business or equivalent.
• 5+ years of project management experience in facilities management, engineering, or construction.
• Strong contract management and procurement knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline with quality.
• Lead multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
• Proactively manage resources, resolve issues, and engage stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resources, and costs.
• Monitor progress and ensure milestones are met.
• Prepare tender specifications and serve as main contact for clients.
• Facilitate meetings and project updates with senior leaders.
• Manage expectations, risks and issues; implement corrective actions.
• Prepare project budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
• Track variances and call for quotations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and drive improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Provide guidance and conflict resolution to drive performance.
• Foster collaborative, accountable, results-oriented culture.

• Proactively manage resources, resolve issues, and engage stakeholders effectively to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuringmilestones and deliverables are met.
• Prepare tender specifications.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Project Management/Business or equivalent
• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in facilities management, engineering, or construction sector
• Strong understanding of contract management and procurement processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
