Job summary

ENGIE Group seeks an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute and deliver complex projects within scope, budget and schedule. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate contractors and vendors, and serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

You will develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, manage risks, perform tendering, and ensure safety, regulatory and quality standards. A degree and 5+ years in PM are required.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Project Management/Business or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in facilities management, engineering, or construction sector.
• Strong understanding of contract management and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, executing, and deliverinprojects within scope, budget, and timeline while ensuring quality outcomes.
• Responsible for independently leading and delivering multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
• Proactively manage resources, resolve issues, and engage stakeholders effectively to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuringmilestones and deliverables are met.
• Prepare tender specifications.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, presentations, and project updates with senior leaders
• Manage expectations, risks, and issues proactively.
• Prepare project budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
• Track variances and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Call for quotations
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and implement improvements.

Requirements
