Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, is seeking an Assembly/Disassembly technician in Singapore to operate engines and modules on-site. You will read SOPs, support daily targets, and handle SAP work orders while contributing to safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, 2 years of relevant experience, and willingness to work rotating day/night shifts with overtime as needed. Company transport and health benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• 2 years of relevant engine/module assembly/disassembly/inspection/testing experience.
• Good understanding of technical drawings such as Engine Manuals.
• Willing to work rotating shifts (Day & Night) and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Utilize machines/equipment/tools to assemble, disassemble and inspect engines, modules, parts, components or accessories.
• Read and execute standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Solve technical issues encountered in daily work.
• Assist Operations Leader/Foremen/Cell Leaders to achieve production targets and discipline.
• Carry out SAP transactions and update works orders in SAP.
• Support EHS, Continuous Improvement and Ethics initiatives.
