As an Engagement Specialist in Exit Management, your primary role will involve conducting telephonic exit interviews with employees who have resigned from client organizations. The main objective of these interviews is to identify the root causes behind employee attrition and implement strategies to reduce it. This position requires a high level of communication skills, as well as the ability to capture and frame feedback effectively.Your responsibilities will include:- Conducting telephonic exit interviews with employees using a specific format- Analyzing and summarizing feedback received from employees- Identifying the reasons for employees leaving the company- Probing to understand the factors that led to the employee's decision to resign- Meeting daily interview targetsTo excel in this role, you should possess:- Strong communication, listening, and probing skills- Excellent time management abilities- Access to a personal laptop, mobile phone, and reliable internet connection- Previous experience in HR or psychology is preferred- For freshers, a background in Psychology or HR Management is desirableThis is a full-time position with a flexible work schedule between 9 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm.
