Job summary

Oliver Wyman in Singapore is seeking an Engagement Manager for the Transportation and Advanced Industrials practice. You will lead project modules, develop hypotheses, manage data collection, and surface insights, while coordinating with partners and clients.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years in strategy consulting or related transport sectors, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting and/or aviation, aerospace, rail and transport industries.
• Strong conceptual problem-solving skills.
• Aptitude for analytical work with large data sets.
• Track record of leading teams and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Outstanding communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior executives.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of individual project modules, including hypotheses, data collection, model creation and analyses, and surfacing insights.
• Support the Partner group in project delivery with high-quality case execution.
• Own and develop executive client relationships and present to a wide range of audiences.
• Coach consultants and help them develop their skills.
