Qualifications

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in banking and capital markets risk management within a professional services or banking environment.
• Demonstrable expertise in managing transformation programs and navigating complex organizational change.
• Strong ability to design solutions that integrate business and technology to meet client needs, including AI-enabled transformations.
• Good understanding of international and local banking regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to assess risk and regulatory requirements across MAS and international banking standards.
• Lead engagements and manage teams to deliver risk advisory and transformation projects.
• Develop and present risk management and regulatory solutions, including workshops and reports.
• Oversee technology-enabled risk solutions and ensure regulatory compliance.
