Job summary

Temasek International Pte. Ltd. is seeking an independent Associate in Organisation Development to design and deliver engagement initiatives that support employee engagement, culture and transformation strategies.

You will plan events, manage budgets, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and develop communications materials across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in events management and project coordination, with strong data analysis and collaboration

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event management, internal comms or organisational development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and analyze data.
• Proficiency with MS Office and presentation design tools.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and plan events, including budgets, venues and timelines.
• Coordinate leadership forums and staff engagement activities with vendors.
• Create event collaterals and manage post-event communications.
• Analyze feedback and prepare post-event reports for continuous improvement.
