Public Service Division (PSD) invites an enthusiastic intern to join the ServiceSG Service Policy & Leadership team in shaping digital experiences and service delivery across the Singapore Public Service. You will support onboarding for the Feedback Management System, develop interactive dashboards, and help translate data into actionable insights for agency adoption of digital tools.

Ideal candidates bring a knack for marketing/research, familiarity with Tableau, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Marketing and Research experience preferred, but open to applicants with no prior experience
• Strong communication and written skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data
• Organised, detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Able to uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsabilités

• Support outreach and engagement activities for agency onboarding
• Contribute to digital experience improvement initiatives and dashboards
• Assist in building visualisations for performance management
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and partner agencies
