Job summary

Salt Talent Search is seeking an Enforcement Specialist for a 6 months contract. You will interpret and enforce clients' terms of service, applying policy standards across your assigned market with native language skills and regional context.

You will gather data to improve escalation processes, ensure high-quality enforcement decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address sensitive content and evolving policies.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in online operation, escalations, or similar.
• Analytical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and proactive.
• Experience with graphic or objectionable content.
• Experience driving high-priority cases through resolution.
• Experience coordinating with global cross-functional partners.
• Experience communicating with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and enforce Clients terms of service.
• Serve as policy expert applying standards in content from your region.
• Apply native language skills and regional knowledge to assess content.
• Gather, analyse and use data to improve escalation processes and suggest policy/product improvements.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of enforcement decisions against benchmarks.
• Handle high-pressure escalations and collaborate with cross-functional experts when needed.
• Stay updated on workflow changes, guidelines, and enforcement standards.
• Use tools and data to analyze trends and inform goals and process improvements.
• Address sensitive content issues including graphic material and offensive language.
• Anticipate societal effects of online speech and test hypotheses in operations.
