Job summary

The Health Sciences Authority in Singapore invites applications for a Senior/Regulatory Manager for Enforcement Policy. You will develop enforcement policies, frameworks, and procedures and provide operational support for enforcement functions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in enforcement operation and/or enforcement policy development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to create clear policies and procedures.
• Strong presentation skills for delivering policy proposals to senior management
• Good project management abilities to handle multiple policy initiatives and operational support tasks

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement enforcement policies and legislative proposal
• Present enforcement policy proposals and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
• Develop enforcement strategies that improve the authority's enforcement capabilities and effectiveness
• Conduct research and analysis on enforcement issues to support policy development and operational effectiveness
• Assist in developing and reviewing enforcement workflows and standard operating procedures
• Establish and maintain knowledge management systems and documentation processes to preserve institutional knowledge and promote operational consistency
• Identify gaps in enforcement framework, recommend solutions and plans, and supervise implementation to ensure successful execution of enforcement policies
• Provide operations support for investigations and enforcement activities
