Qualifications

• Experience in enforcement, investigations, operations, audit, QA, or project management is advantageous.
• Customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Ability to assess complex situations and exercise sound judgement.
• Strong team player with cross-stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and implementation of enforcement operations.
• Conduct audits, reviews and QA checks for adherence to protocols and contracts.
• Review feedback, appeals, case representations, and advise on policy-compliant actions.
• Assist in process improvements and innovative projects to boost effectiveness.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
