Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a Quality Audit Lead to manage quality audits and enhance compliance across global operations. You will develop plans, execute audits, and drive improvements to meet industry standards.

Responsibilities include building annual internal audit plan, managing audits globally, creating dashboards to report results, supporting external certification endeavours, and acting as the quality inquiry focal point.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Management or similar role.
• Familiarity with internal auditing standards and EASA fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in creating the yearly internal audit plan aligning with regulatory requirements.
• Execute and manage internal audits within a global scope, ensuring compliance and closure of findings.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards for visibility into audit results and reporting to stakeholders.
• Co-lead external certification plans and ensure adherence to process documentation.
• Support quality management initiatives and act as focal point for quality inquiries.
