Job summary

Kerry Consulting in Singapore is seeking a Trade Support Officer to join a leading global commodities trading house. You will provide operational support for energy trading, ensuring post-trade details, costs, and fees are reconciled across the ETRM system, counterparties, brokers, and exchanges.

Reporting to the Head of Trade Support, you will handle trade confirmations, contracts, invoices, and broker invoice payments, oversee settlement and carbon credit inventories, monitor credit exposure

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in middle/back office within oil/commodities.
• Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ETRM systems, exchange processes and margining workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue trade confirmations, contracts and invoices.
• Reconcile trade details, costs and fees across systems and counterparties.
• Oversee settlement and inventory of carbon credits across registries.
• Monitor counterparty credit exposure, trading limits, collateral positions and margins.
• Administer user access and trading parameters on exchanges (ICE, CME, SGX).
• Contribute to implementation of new business products as a subject matter expert.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
