Job summary

ROYAL PLAZA Singapore invites applications for a Hotel Maintenance Technician to execute routine, periodic and preventive maintenance of the building, facilities and equipment. You will work to uphold SOPs, respond to requests promptly and ensure energy efficiency and guest comfort.

We value candidates with electrical/mechanical certification and hospitality experience, able to work 3 shifts over a 5-day week including weekends.

Qualifications

NTC 3/NTC 2 or Industrial Technician Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
1–5 years of relevant hospitality maintenance experience.
Electrical worker license is advantageous.
Willing to work in shift (3 shifts/5 days incl. weekends).
Nitec in Facility Management welcome; training provided for those without prior experience.
Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute daily routine, periodic, and preventive maintenance for hotel building, facilities, and equipment.
Ensure high level of workmanship in line with hotel SOPs.
Attend to all maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Monitor and ensure efficient energy consumption.
Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for internal and external guests.
Passion for service and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
