Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore is seeking a Technician to support shift operations by repairing, maintaining and ensuring that electrical and mechanical equipment, including lighting, throughout the hotel performs to the highest standards.

Reporting to the Senior Technician and Duty Engineer, you will perform routine servicing, troubleshoot faults, and assist with other electrical and mechanical tasks as required by management.

Qualifications

• Good command of English in both verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair electrical and mechanical equipment throughout the hotel.
• Carry out masonry works for walls, beams, pillars and floors as required.
• Clear obstructions in sewer and drainage systems; maintain grease interceptors.
• Repair toilets, basins, vent pipes and air-conditioning waste pipes; assist on other jobs as needed.
