Job summary

ENGIE Group in Singapore seeks a seasoned Electrical Engineering professional to lead a team of technical officers, supervisors and technicians in the facility management and operation of assigned buildings/estates.

You will drive corrective and preventive maintenance programs, improve energy efficiency, ensure safe operations, and coordinate with owners, consultants, and contractors to meet objectives. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in electrical maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong building and M&E knowledge with hands-on experience.
• Able to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pro-active, independent, able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Service-oriented mindset and high integrity.
• Strong leadership, planning and organizing abilities.
• Provide guidance and troubleshoot Electrical Services faults.
• LEW qualification is an added advantage.
• Good safety mindset and WSH behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of technical officers, supervisors, technicians and contractors in facility management and operation of assigned buildings/estates.
• Plan and execute corrective or preventive maintenance programmes.
• Drive efficiency improvements and energy conservation initiatives.
• Provide excellent service to meet client expectations.
• Ensure safe, economical operation of all Electrical Services' equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with owners/users, consultants, vendors and contractors on engineering requirements.
• Regularly inspect electrical installations and ensure maintenance programmes are implemented.
• Ensure all works comply with safety procedures.
