Job summary

Comfort Management Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based leader in energy conservation, green mark consultancy, and ACMV system efficiency, is seeking a driven sales professional to join our growing sustainability business. You will drive growth in Energy Services, ESCO, Building Services and Sustainability Solutions by building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering value-driven proposals.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Experience in Energy Services (ESCO), Energy Management, HVAC/ACMV, Building Automation, Facilities Management, Engineering Services, or Sustainability Solutions.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for Assistant Manager level and 8 years for Manager level.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and market presence.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to foster trust and repeat business.
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations and prepare tailored proposals to meet client needs.
• Participate actively in commercial negotiations to secure favorable contract terms.
• Prepare accurate quotations, tenders, and project submissions to support business acquisition.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop and customize solutions that address client requirements.
• Manage sales opportunities through the full cycle from lead generation to project award to ensure successful closure.
• Achieve assigned sales targets to contribute directly to company growth.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and industry developments to inform business strategies.
