Job summary

Talents@Work Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales associate to promote electricity-related products at various Singapore locations. You will engage businesses with a professional approach and guide customers through sign-ups or purchases, while collaborating with backend teams for post-sales fulfilment.

The role requires Mandarin communication, a willingness to learn, and the ability to stand for long periods. It offers a 5-day work week, a basic salary of SG$2,500–SG$2,800, and an uncapped commission

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level or O-Level, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in retail sales or outdoor sales is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and work towards targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell electricity-related products and services at designated locations to businesses
• Engage customers in a professional, friendly, and confident manner
• Explain offers clearly and guide customers through the sign-up or purchase process
• Work closely with backend support teams to ensure smooth post-sales fulfilment
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
