Talents@Work Pte Ltd in Singapore invites applications for a Sales role in the energy services sector. The position offers a clear career path toward a Sales Team Lead, with a basic salary ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 Singapore dollars and uncapped commissions.

Training will be provided, and the role follows a 5-day work week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, Mandarin proficiency for Mandarin-speaking customers, and a willingness to learn.

Formación

• Minimum GCE N-Level or O-Level, or equivalent.
• Experience in retail sales, roadshows, or outdoor sales will be an advantage.
• Candidates without work experience are also welcomed as training will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell electricity-related products and services at assigned locations (B2B).
• Engage customers in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
• Explain product offerings clearly and guide customers through the sign-up or purchase process.
• Work closely with backend support teams to ensure smooth post-sales fulfilment.
• Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs.
