Job summary

Comfort Management Pte Ltd invites an energetic Value Creation Engineer to join our team in Singapore. You will lead end-to-end energy efficiency projects, from audits and data analysis to design, implementation and verification of savings for clients.

The role blends engineering, sustainability and client engagement, requiring strong analytical mindset, clear communication, and hands-on project delivery in a dynamic environment. Fresh graduates welcome to apply, with 3+ years preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in engineering, project management, technical consulting, or sustainability-related roles.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to multi-task and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience or knowledge in energy efficiency, ACMV/HVAC systems, building services, or sustainability initiatives will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates from Engineering field are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct energy audits and site surveys.
• Analyze data and identify energy-saving opportunities.
• Design and recommend energy efficiency solutions.
• Manage and implement energy-saving projects.
• Perform testing, commissioning, and system optimization.
• Monitor and verify energy savings performance.
• Prepare technical reports, proposals, and cost estimates.
• Support Green Mark and sustainability consultancy projects.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
