Job summary

Marex SPECTRON ASIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a junior energy broker to support senior brokers and develop client relationships across energy commodity derivatives. No prior broking experience is required, you will learn on the job and build a regional book alongside experienced colleagues.

You will interact with institutional clients in East Asia, communicate in local languages, and operate in a fast-paced, regulated environment with emphasis on integrity and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support senior brokers in covering East Asian institutional clients across energy commodity derivatives.
• Assist with onboarding of new client relationships and maintenance of existing ones.
• Engage with and update clients on market developments and product activity.
• Collaborate with central operations functions including Operations and Technology.
• Contribute to efforts to increase P&L through analysis of markets and products.
• Support the preparation of internal frameworks and process improvements as required.
