Job summary

FASTGIG PTE. LTD. is hiring a kitchen associate to support daily restaurant operations at Jewel Airport. You will wash, peel and prepare basic food items and assist with menu items like tempura, noodles, and deep-fried starters.

You will unpack and store supplies, keep work areas clean, handle dishwashing, and perform duties assigned by the Store Manager. No prior experience required; training provided; weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Basic food preparation and kitchen skills are an advantage.
• Positive, responsible and punctual; able to work as part of a team.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Wash, peel and prepare basic food items, and help prepare menu items such as tempura, various noodle dishes and deep-fried starters.
• Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators and storage areas, ensuring proper organisation and stock rotation.
• Keep floors, kitchen work areas and equipment clean; remove and clear kitchen refuse; carry out dishwashing duties.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager from time to time.
