Job summary

Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice at Jewel Changi Airport in Singapore is hiring for service crew on a permanent position with shorter hours (at least 5 hours per day, 5 days a week).

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with QR code ordering, answering questions, keeping the dining area clean, and referring issues to management. Benefits include transport allowance, staff meals, uniform, AWS, and medical benefits.

Qualifications

• Food Hygiene Certificate (WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1).
• Min 2 years of F&B experiences.
• Speak clearly to communicate with customers and team members.
• Present yourself in a well-groomed, positive working attitude and professional manner.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to customers upon being seated to their table.
• Assist customers with the QR code ordering and ensure all food is served correctly.
• Answer questions or make recommendations for promotions / food products.
• Collaborate with other team members in providing attentive service to the diners.
• Performing cleaning duties at the service station, dish out and dining area.
• Promptly address any customer issues and refer to the management when necessary.
