Job summary

DJ Hospitality Pte. Ltd. is seeking a passionate Bartender to join our restaurant team. You will prepare and serve drinks to the established standards, craft classic and signature cocktails, and maintain high presentation.

You will work closely with service and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth dining experience, uphold safety and cleanliness, manage stock, and help develop new beverage offerings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits and beverage preparation.
• Passionate about hospitality and providing excellent customer service.
• Positive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.
• Create classic and signature cocktails with consistency and attention to presentation.
• Have good knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits and other beverages.
• Provide friendly, professional and attentive service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and beverage areas.
• Ensure proper stock control, inventory and ordering of bar supplies.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and licensing requirements.
• Handle cash and POS transactions when required.
• Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Assist with developing new cocktails and beverage offerings.
