Job summary
Groupe Clarins in Singapore invites an End-user Support & Automation Intern to gain hands-on experience within the Skills Centre team. You will help troubleshoot issues, monitor tickets, and collaborate across IT to improve user experience and automation workflows.
Ideal candidates have a degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field, with Excel/VBA proficiency. Knowledge of Python or RPA is a plus; hybrid work with remote option applies.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge in Excel/VBA.
- Knowledge of Python Programming or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day end-user helpdesk support by troubleshooting system issues via the ticketing system and live assistance.
- Monitor incoming tickets and contribute to timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with Business Solutions Experts and IT Business Partners to document recurring problems and validated solutions.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to support implementation of end-to-end processes.
- Maintain and update solution documentation and user guides, preparing content for chatbot use.
- Build simple automation scripts or workflows to streamline support processes.
