Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of new-build shipbuilding projects in Singapore.

You will own safety, schedule, cost, quality, stakeholder engagement, risk, and project team leadership across multi-discipline teams. Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture, Business, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in shipbuilding or marine environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of planning, cost control, risk, change, and governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Primavera P6 or marine project management certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new-build shipbuilding projects.
• Define scope, objectives, resources, timelines, budgets, and delivery strategies.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and monitor milestones.
• Lead cross-functional teams with direction and mentorship.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Monitor costs against budgets and manage variations and change orders.
• Communicate with sponsors, customers, and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide regular status updates, forecasts, and data-driven reports.
• Drive continuous improvement with a focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.
