Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of product quality standards and QC processes.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers on specs, sampling, and issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product performance from factory to post-installation.
• Develop OEM products with suppliers, defining specs and evaluating samples.
• Oversee sampling, drive continuous improvements, balance cost and quality.
• Act as main contact for suppliers on technical and quality matters.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement CAPA.
• Establish QC standards, inspection checklists, and tolerance levels.
• Review pre-shipment QC reports and batch releases.
• Investigate defects and perform root cause analysis.
• Update product specs and QC processes; track NPD pipeline.
• Support product launches and provide technical support to internal teams.
