Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Logistics or related field.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stock movement from warehouse to Takagi Ramen outlets.
• Maintain equipment and supplies at outlets to ensure smooth operation.
• Unload goods from containers to warehouse.
• Operate pallet jack or pallet stacker to keep warehouse orderly and safe.
• Manage warehouse inventory: receiving, checking, ordering and counting stock.
• Liaise with freight forwarder and handle import shipment documents.
• Assist with month-end and year-end stock takes for accuracy.
• Place timely orders per PAR levels; monitor and expedite deliveries.
• Data entry for billing to Takagi Ramen entities; perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
