Job summary

UCEA Capital Partners in Singapore seeks an Investment Associate to own transactions end-to-end across private markets, from origination through closing and portfolio monitoring.

You’ll lead financial analysis, coordinate due diligence, and build relationships with family offices and HNW investors, while challenging management teams and advising on strategy. The role offers exposure to direct investments, co-investments, and SPVs in a growth-stage family office platform.

Responsibilities

• Originate private-market opportunities and assess direct/co-investment deals.
• Lead financial, commercial and strategic analysis of prospective investments.
• Coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, commercial and technical workstreams.
• Prepare high-quality Investment Committee materials.
• Challenge founders, CEOs and advisers on valuation, strategy and execution.
• Support structuring, negotiation and execution of direct investments, co-investments and SPVs.
• Manage transactions from first conversation to closing and portfolio monitoring.
• Build relationships with family offices, HNW investors and private-capital partners across the wider Singapore market.
• Participate in investor meetings, private-capital events and syndication.
