Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in bid management or proposals engineering.
• Experience in electrical power, energy, or construction sectors in Singapore.
• Proven track record of securing MV/HV projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the entire tender lifecycle including proposal development.
• Manage the creation of bespoke proposals that meet client specifications.
• Collaborate with Section Heads to formulate winning bid strategies.
• Act as the central point of contact for technical and operational aspects.
• Identify contractual and commercial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all submissions are compliant with client requirements.
