LITEN LOGISTICS SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to coordinate daily transportation, shipment schedules, deliveries, and collections while ensuring timely movement of goods.

You will prepare and maintain shipping documents, liaise with customers and suppliers, monitor status, and support warehouse and inventory activities. The role requires good organizational and communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Competenze

• Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Relevant experience in logistics coordination, transportation, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

Mansioni

• Logistics Coordination: coordinate daily transportation, shipment schedules, deliveries, and collections.
• Documentation and Reporting: prepare and maintain delivery orders, shipment records, transport documents, and related paperwork.
• Warehouse and Inventory Support: coordinate movement of goods between warehouses, customers, and designated locations.
• Customer Service and Communication: respond to customer inquiries and resolve delivery delays or issues.
• Cost and Operational Control: monitor transportation schedules and logistics expenses, verify invoices, and suggest process improvements.
• Other Duties: ensure compliance with procedures, safety requirements, and regulations.
