Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end event management from planning to teardown
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and sponsors
• Manage registration, attendee communications, and on-site logistics
• Oversee venue, production, and AV requirements
• Develop event scripts and presentations
