Job summary

Timeo-Performance Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Digital Project Specialist to drive the A-Z implementation of CrossKnowledge projects for our strategic partnership. You will coordinate project scope, quality, schedule and stakeholder engagement for successful delivery.

You will design learning solutions, support sales with practical ideas, run communication campaigns, and deliver CrossKnowledge Academy training events across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business, IT, HR or related field.
• Technically savvy with cutting-edge digital concepts.
• HTML coding skills are a big plus.
• Strong interest in L&D for large corporates.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to wear many hats and coordinate internal & external teams.
• Good understanding of business and HR issues and strong ideas to persuade.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Learning agility and creative mindset.
• Enthusiasm for new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: manage quality, schedule and efficiency of projects.
• Learning solutions design: engineer customized solutions, launch and monitor implementations.
• Communication campaigns: design plans to engage learners across the client base.
• Change management & empowerment programs: deliver CrossKnowledge Academy training events regionally.
