Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a data analytics professional to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end digital solutions, including CRM, geospatial analytics, and BI applications across markets. The role involves building PowerBI dashboards and Databricks Genie workflows to automate reporting on campaign and sales performance, plus location-based analytics like outlet mapping and territory

Qualifications

• Design, develop, test, and deploy digital solutions end-to-end, from requirements gathering through to release and post-launch support.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code; participate in code reviews and adhere to architecture and security standards.
• Develop and deploy solutions including CRM, geospatial analytics, and BI applications used across markets.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in production solutions, ensuring reliability and uptime.
• Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards and Databricks Genie workflows that automate reporting on campaign/sales performance.
• Develop location-based analytics use cases, including outlet mapping, territory design, catchment analysis, whitespace identification, and outlet prioritization.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and queries (SQL/Python) that transform raw commercial data into analysis-ready datasets.
• Validate analytics outputs with business users to ensure insights are accurate, relevant, and practical for field execution.
