Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Singapore is seeking a data analyst to support the APAC Consulting Team with analyses, market insights and research design.

You will build workflows, scrape data with Python, and create reports in Tableau and Power BI, collaborating with project leads to deliver actionable insights. This role offers growth in a dynamic, client-facing environment within CBRE's global leadership in real estate services.

Qualifications

A degree in Finance, Real Estate, Computer Science, or GIS.
0-2 years of experience in analytics or market research; fresh graduates welcomed.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex data with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with Power BI, Python, and GIS software or data analysis/visualization tools such as Alteryx or Tableau is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with project leads to prepare comprehensive analyses, including retail analytics, geospatial modelling, location and labor market evaluations, and data center insights.
Design and automate data workflows to streamline processes.
Utilize Python (e.g., BeautifulSoup) for web scraping and data collation.
Prepare impactful reports and presentations using Microsoft suite products, Tableau, and Power BI.
Drive the development of individual workstreams, from workflow design to research and output creation.
Evaluate, analyze, and maintain robust repositories of primary and secondary data sources.
