Job summary

Ms Projects Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee renovation projects in Singapore from initiation to handover. You will coordinate with vendors, designers, mall management, and clients to ensure the project scope aligns with design intent and timelines.

The role requires English and Mandarin proficiency, strong MS Office skills, and a meticulous, problem-solving mindset to deliver projects on time and to company standards.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of project management and related experience.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with vendors/sub- contractors, in-house designers, mall managements and clients.
• Coordinate and manage full life cycle renovation projects.
• To ensure site matters tallies with the design drawing and design intent.
• Ensuring timely and smooth project handover within stipulated timelines.
• Tracking and reporting on project progress weekly.
• To prepare Project Timeline for Principal's review, and to present to Client for approval prior to starting work.
• Conduct Quality Checks.
• To ensure defect check prior and after each renovation work, and ensure defect rectification to be satisfactory to the company standard before handing over to Client.
• To ensure day to day defect rectification raise by existing or future clients are arranged for rectification on a timely manner.
• To arrange the list of Contractors catered for the project prior to the start of the renovation work, and to present to Principal for approval before asking for costing from the Contractors.
• Being the key single interface between the company and clients, obtain client's feedback and resolve project related issues such as payments, etc.
