Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a specialist to support Privacy Local Addendum Analysis & Implementation. The role involves collaborating with compliance, technology and operations teams to enable data-driven solutions and regulatory alignment.

The position focuses on reviewing regulatory addenda, engaging stakeholders, and developing implementation playbooks across markets. Hybrid working arrangements are available for a 6-month engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Strong regulatory analysis skills; data privacy domain knowledge a plus.
• Understanding of Corporate & Institutional Banking lines: FX, Trade, Lending, Commodities, Futures.

Responsibilities

• Review country and local addenda for incremental compliance requirements.
• Engage stakeholders to clarify requirements and trace regulatory origins.
• Create consolidated lists of incremental requirements across markets.
• Develop a playbook to guide groups in implementing these requirements.
• Perform impact assessments of current vs incremental requirements; estimate resources and costs.
