Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking aCosting and Procurement Specialist to support quotation preparation, cost optimization, supplier management, and profitability within an EMS/manufacturing environment.

Key duties include sourcing suppliers, RFQ comparisons, preparing cost analyses, negotiating terms, and collaborating with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Sales to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in SCM, procurement, business admin, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with BOM costing and product cost analysis is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems such as SAP is required.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors for quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Request and compare quotations (RFQs) to identify best pricing and terms.
• Prepare detailed cost analyses and product cost breakdowns to support pricing decisions.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules to optimize procurement costs.
• Monitor material costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain supplier relationships and track supplier performance for reliable supply.
• Support procurement, budgeting, and inventory planning per production needs.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing and purchasing policies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Sales to meet business objectives.
