Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a procurement specialist to handle sourcing, costing, and supplier evaluation for EMS projects, with hands-on experience in electronic components and BOM costing.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Production, Planning and Sales to secure timely sourcing and accurate quotations, negotiate terms, and drive cost optimization while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in a related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of costing, sourcing, or procurement experience in EMS/electronics/semiconductor industries.
• Hands-on sourcing of electronic components and PCB assemblies with BOM costing and RFQ knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in costing, sourcing, or procurement within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), electronics manufacturing, or semiconductor industry.
• Hands-on experience sourcing electronic components, PCB assemblies, and related manufacturing materials, with knowledge of BOM costing and RFQ processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
