Job summary

Bosch Singapore is seeking an Employer Branding Intern to join the Human Resources team. You will help bring Bosch's employer brand to life by developing content, campaigns, and engagement with students, graduates, and professionals.

You will gain hands-on experience in employer branding, digital communications, talent attraction, campus engagement, and project coordination within a global technology organization.

Qualifications

• Students passionate about employer branding, communications, marketing, and human resources.
• Experience in content creation, social media management, video editing, event coordination or school projects.
• Familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and current digital marketing trends.
• Comfortable using Canva, CapCut or similar tools for design and editing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute employer branding initiatives across digital platforms.
• Create recruitment content including social posts and videos.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights.
• Support campus engagement, career fairs and events.
