Bosch Singapore is seeking an Employer Branding Intern to help bring our employer brand to life, with hands-on exposure to branding, digital communications, and campus engagement. You will collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to create content, support campaigns, and coordinate campus events, building a strong talent pipeline for our global technology organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
• Experience with content creation, social media, or marketing projects is a plus.
• Familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook; interest in digital trends.

Responsibilities

• Support employer branding initiatives and campaigns across digital platforms.
• Create engaging content and recruitment materials to showcase Bosch's culture and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Coordinate campus engagement, career fairs, and events; manage logistics and materials.
• Assist with additional projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
