Job summary

SMRT Corporation Ltd. is seeking an Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Lead for EMF systems to supervise a team of Technical Officers and ensure safe, high-quality maintenance on EMF equipment.

You will plan PM/CM schedules, oversee repairs by contractors, respond to faults from OCC, and ensure drawings and records are kept up to date while upholding SMRT Quality standards.

Role requires leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to safety with rotating shifts and driving duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to SMRT Quality and Safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Technical Officers to perform PM/CM on EMF equipment.
• Plan maintenance work schedules and execute PM/CM efficiently.
• Supervise repairs by minor contractors and attend faults reported by OCC.
• Ensure EMF system remains in good/operational condition and up-to-date.
• Conduct briefings and toolbox talks; monitor safety and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and maintain drawings and PM/CM records.
• Assist EMM in safety analysis, investigations, and testing.
• Coordinate with LTA and contractors for interface works as assigned.
