Responsibilities

• Gain exposure through assignments across functions and business units (Operations, Sales, AI/Robotics, Strategy, HR).
• Develop understanding of business operations and support digital transformation; analyse data to generate insights.
• Support engagements with senior leaders and clients; develop commercially sound proposals and present recommendations.
• Take ownership of projects from research to implementation; manage competing priorities.
• Build relationships across teams to enable effective collaboration and align stakeholders.
