Job summary

re-zoo-me in Singapore is seeking an Associate Engineer to support enterprise and digital solutions for internal and external customers. You will work on Helix, Service Web Portal, B2B, Order Service & Management, SharePoint, and Qlik, configuring and integrating systems to meet business needs.

You will analyze business processes, translate requirements into technical solutions, develop data models and dashboards with Qlik and Power BI, and collaborate with finance, operations, and IT.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT or Computer Engineering preferred.
• Experience with OSS/telecom systems is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide production and change request support for enterprise apps.
• Analyse and document business processes to configure apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Configure, test, and implement enterprise apps and updates.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and fix problems.
• Manage integrations with ERP/S2C and OSS/BSS interfaces.
• Design data models, dashboards, and reports with BI tools.
• Analyse large datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Maintain documentation for queries, reports, and data sources.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders via presentations.
