Responsibilities

• Participate in structured sales training alongside new hires and gain insights into business banking and customer relationship management.
• Join customer visits and observe Business Development Managers (BDMs) to understand client interactions and banking solutions.
• Review existing acquisition reports and business processes to identify opportunities for simplification and efficiency.
• Evaluate loan referral processes and conduct mystery shopping across inbound channels to provide improvement recommendations.
• Assess the competitive landscape and market trends, collecting post-campaign insights from existing customers.
• Support sustainability and customer growth initiatives by identifying cross-sell opportunities for new and existing clients.
• Share key findings, recommendations, and learning outcomes through presentations to business stakeholders.
