Responsibilities

• Business Support: exposure to operations, compliance, risk management, onboarding, documentation, and admin processes.
• Project Coordination: assist planning, tracking, and reporting of initiatives across the department.
• Stakeholder Management: collaborate with internal stakeholders to enable project delivery and governance.
• Process Administration: maintain project docs, reports, and action-tracking.
• Operational Support: coordinate system access, workplace services, vendor liaison, and other admin needs.
• Reporting & Analysis: prepare presentations, dashboards, and management updates.
